Healthy Sprout Salad
Beans and grains are a time-honoured way to get plenty of protein with low fat, high fibre and no cholestrol. Mung beans, Alfalfa and Bean mix are beans that have been sprouted, and are the only form of agriculture that are available in all four seasons. Here's a mung bean sprout salad which is healthy, easy to make and is part of my daily meal.

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Mung beans sprouts
1 Medium sized chopped Onion
1 Medium sized chopped Tomatoes
1 Chopped Cucumber
1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly
1/2 Chopped raw Mango (Optional)
1 Teaspoon of Blacksalt
1 Tablespoon of Chaat Masala
1/2 Cup of Chopped Corianders and mint leaves
Juice of 1/2 lime
Method:
1. Steam the Mung bean sprouts
2. Add all the ingredients and mix properly
3. Your healthy sprout salad is ready in a jiffy.
